🌿 Saturday Stretch

Sometimes the most effective stretches are the ones that invite you to slow down.


Start on hands and knees. Gently sit your hips back towards your heels. Let your arms reach forward and allow your chest to soften towards the floor. Rest your forehead down if comfortable.


This stretch lengthens the back, opens the hips and releases tension that builds from sitting and holding posture all day. It also encourages deeper breathing, helping calm the nervous system.


Stay for 30 to 60 seconds. Breathe slowly. Let the floor support you 💛
