🚶‍♀️ Walkfit Wednesday

Walkfit isn’t just about walking. It’s about showing up, moving together and feeling part of something.

There’s something special about exercising in a group where everyone is at a different stage but moving with the same intention. It removes pressure and makes movement feel more enjoyable and more consistent.


My Walkfit class on Wednesdays at 6pm at Cardinal Hume School is friendly, welcoming and supportive. It’s 25 minutes of purposeful movement where posture, balance and joint health are gently encouraged. It’s also a chance to connect and have a chat.

You can drop in for ÂŁ5 PAYG or join online if that suits you better. You do not need to be a certain level to take part.
