Seated Lateral Stretch

🌿 Try this move today — Seated Lateral Stretch

This is one of those simple stretches that can feel really good, especially if you've spent a lot of time sitting.

Sit tall with both sitting bones grounded. Reach one arm up and gently over to the opposite side, creating length through your waist and ribcage.

Take a few slow breaths here and see if you can soften a little further into the stretch with each exhale. There's no need to force it.

✨ What does it do?

• Stretches the muscles around the side of your body

• Encourages a tall, open posture

• Helps you become more aware of your ribcage and breathing

And don't forget to do both sides! You might be surprised by how different they feel.

Which side feels tighter for you?
