Slow Sunday 💜 - Knee Hug

Sometimes the simplest movements are the ones your body appreciates the most… and today it’s all about the knee hug.


🌿 Knee Hug

Lie on your back, gently draw both knees into your chest and wrap your arms around your shins. Let your shoulders soften and your jaw unclench. You can stay still or add a slow rock side to side if it feels good.


This isn’t just a “nice stretch”, it’s a quiet reset for your body. It can help ease tension through the lower back, gently massage the spine and even support digestion by softly compressing the abdominal area. If you’ve been sitting a lot or just feel a bit stiff, this is a lovely way to give your body a moment of care.


Take 5 slow breaths here… no rushing, no forcing, just allowing. 💜
