💧 Stay Hydrated, Even in Cooler Weather! 🥤
As the temperatures drop, it’s easy to forget to drink enough water, but hydration is just as important in November as it is in summer! 💦
Keeping your body hydrated helps your muscles, joints and energy levels, which makes Pilates, walks or any movement feel better. 🌿
Warm herbal teas are a cosy way to top up your fluids, and broth-based soups are perfect for hydration and warmth. My personal favourite is turmeric tea, a couple of cups in the evening helps me unwind and stay nourished. 🍵
