Short, simple but it still means the world to me. Because what I want for every class is for people to leave having worked well and felt welcomed, and for the online sessions to feel just as personal and effective as being in the room.
The online side of what I do has grown into something I'm really proud of. Whether it's my Summer Sessions programme or any of the on-demand workouts, people consistently tell me they feel guided and supported, not like they're watching a generic video. That matters to me. If you're not close enough to come to a face-to-face class, or if the times don't work for you, the online options are a great alternative. 💜
