The trick is to balance your blood sugar, try pairing carbs with protein or healthy fats (like an apple with a handful of nuts). It slows the release of sugar into your bloodstream, keeping your energy more stable throughout the day ⚖️
And yes, movement helps too! Even a few minutes of gentle Pilates or a walk after eating can help your body use that sugar more efficiently and reduce energy dips 💪
