We don’t always think about it, but our feet are the foundation for every movement we make. Strong, mobile feet can improve balance, reduce the risk of falls and even ease aches in the knees and hips.


Pilates often includes foot and ankle work to keep them strong and flexible, whether that’s rising onto your toes, drawing circles with the ankles, or stretching out the toes after a long day. Taking just a couple of minutes to care for your feet each day can pay off in comfort and stability for the rest of your body.
