👣 Try this move today — Toe Taps.

Toe Taps are a deceptively challenging core exercise that really tests your ability to keep a stable pelvis. Lying on your back with knees at tabletop, you lower one foot to tap the floor, then float it back up, while your lower back stays completely still.

If your back starts to arch as you lower the leg, pop the stable leg to the floor. Keep it controlled!

✨ Benefits:

• Challenges deep core stability and pelvic control

• Strengthens the hip flexors with spinal support

Don't forget to change legs and keep your lower back quiet.
