Willpower is much like a muscle; the more you exercise it, the stronger it becomes.Just as lifting weights gradually builds physical strength, regularly practicing self-control strengthens your willpower.


Each time you resist temptation or push through a challenging task, you're essentially training your willpower, making it more resilient over time.
