It’s a question I get asked a lot and the truth is, it can happen sooner than you think.

Joseph Pilates said:

“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body.”

1 hour a week is a brilliant start, but real change happens when you take what you learn in class into the rest of your week. A little focus on your everyday posture, deep breathing and a few extra moves each day can go a long way.

🧘🏻‍♀️Join classes from September and by October half-term, you could be:

✔️ Standing taller

✔️ Feeling stronger

✔️ Moving easier (and groaning less when you bend down)

“I want to try Pilates but…”

❌ I’m not flexible

❌ I don’t have time

❌ I don’t even own a mat!

Sound familiar? You’re not alone, these are the exact excuses I hear before people finally walk into class… and guess what? They never regret it.

In my group classes, you’ll find real people, all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There's a mixture of people who've been practising Pilates for years, beginners and those returning after an extended break. You’ll get clear guidance, feel supported and leave feeling stronger, more mobile and a bit more like you again.

✨ You don’t need to be flexible to start, the important thing is actually starting.

There are just a few spaces left for classes starting in September.

Try Pilates

If you’ve never been to a class before, it might feel a bit mysterious, mats, breathing, stretchy stuff?

Let me break it down 👇

🔹 We start with some gentle breathing and posture checks

🔹 Move into mobility, loosening up your spine, shoulders and hips

🔹 Then we build into strength and control, small moves, big impact!

🔹 We finish with stretches and time to unwind (and sometimes a few giggles along the way)

You don’t need to be super flexible, super fit or super confident. Everyone moves at their own pace and I give options for every level and everybody. All classes are mixed ability classes for men and women of all ages.

Still not sure? Take a peek at the video to see what class looks like in action 💻
