Itās a question I get asked a lot and the truth is, it can happen sooner than you think.
Joseph Pilates said:
āIn 10 sessions youāll feel the difference, in 20 youāll see the difference, and in 30 youāll have a whole new body.ā
1 hour a week is a brilliant start, but real change happens when you take what you learn in class into the rest of your week. A little focus on your everyday posture, deep breathing and a few extra moves each day can go a long way.
