🧐 When will I start noticing a difference in my body?

It’s a question I get asked a lot and the truth is, it can happen sooner than you think.


Joseph Pilates said:

ā€œIn 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body.ā€


1 hour a week is a brilliant start, but real change happens when you take what you learn in class into the rest of your week. A little focus on your everyday posture, deep breathing and a few extra moves each day can go a long way.
