✨ Recharge your energy

Sunday is a good day to slow things down, take a breath and give your body a bit of attention after the busy festive weeks.

If you’re feeling stiff, tired or a bit out of sync, Pilates is a great way to gently reset. It helps you move more freely, stand a little taller and feel more comfortable in your body, without pushing or overdoing it.

Group classes start again from Monday 5 January. They’re mixed ability classes for men and women of all ages, and yes men do Pilates too. Whether you’re coming back or thinking about giving it a go, you’ll be very welcome.

Gentle January starts here ✨

After a busy few weeks of food, fun and less routine, this is your reminder not to punish your body for being human.

You don’t need to jump straight into intense workouts. Kind, steady movement helps joints feel happier, muscles wake up gently and your body settle back into a rhythm.

If you fancy moving with me, from home via my online classes or in class, check out whats available at www.dawnchambersfitness.com/book-online

I'm ready when you are. Small steps really do count.

More than Movement

Fact Friday ✨

Pilates was originally designed to help people move better in everyday life, not to tire you out. Joseph Pilates believed quality of movement mattered more than how many exercises you did, which is why slower, more controlled movements can be surprisingly effective.

That’s why a short Pilates session can leave you feeling lighter, taller and more comfortable in your body, even without working up a sweat.

If you’d like to feel the difference for yourself, join me in class or online, see what’s available at
