When we say “core work”, we’re not talking sit ups. We’re talking about the muscles that hold you up, help you move well and protect your back. This is why Pilates works so well for posture, pain and daily strength, it trains your body to work as a whole.


It’s not about looking a certain way. It’s about feeling stronger, more supported and more mobile in everyday life.
