This Alcohol Awareness Week has been a reminder that even moderate drinking can quietly impact how we sleep, recover, hydrate and feel, things that really matter when it comes to our health.
But here’s the good news, we can make small tweaks which can make a huge difference to our health. Swapping one glass for water, eating before you drink, timing alcohol around your exercise and staying hydrated can all help you feel more energised, less sluggish and able to make more positive choices for your body.
Think twice before pouring that glass… or reaching for a second. A mindful choice today could mean more energy, better sleep and stronger workouts tomorrow. It’s not about cutting everything out, it’s about tuning into what your body needs now, not waiting until your GP tells you need to change. Small changes really do add up. 💪🍷💧
