Balance isn’t just about standing on one leg.

It’s about control, awareness and how your body responds to small changes. This becomes more important as we get older, especially around midlife.


Pilates improves balance by strengthening hips and core while encouraging better posture.

Try standing near a wall or chair for support. Lift one foot slightly off the floor and focus on staying steady rather than holding it for as long as possible.
