Christmas Shopping Workout 🎄🛍️

Christmas shopping should honestly count as strength training. You lift things you don’t normally lift, you twist more, you stand more and you cover far more steps than you expected. Those aches you feel afterwards aren’t a sign something has gone wrong, they’re just muscles waking up and doing more than usual.


Checking in with your body helps everything settle. Notice what feels tired, give those areas a little stretch and let your muscles recover from being your personal delivery service 🚶‍♀️💪. A bit of mobility work goes a long way when you’ve been lugging around half of the high street.
