Day 4 - Summer Sessions

🌞 Good morning everyone,

🌞 Day 4 of Summer Sessions is here, and today we're focusing on 'Neck and Shoulders' exercises!

Start by placing your head in your hand and keeping your shoulders wide. Bring your elbows together and curve through the spine, then take elbows wide and open up through the chest. You can also place your hands on your shoulders and draw circles with your elbows. Try extending your arms out in front and opening up to the side, then repeat on the other side.

These exercises have great benefits and can be done indoors or outdoors.
