Hamstring Hug

🚗 Long drives, office hours or even festive prep can leave hamstrings tight. A simple knee-to-chest hug stretches the backs of your legs and eases tension.


Lie on your back, hug one knee to your chest, then extend the leg, breathe into the stretch, then switch sides. Feel your lower back release and your legs lengthen.
