Posture Pause

🌟 Holiday stress can sneak into your posture, rounded shoulders, a slumped chest, tired back. Think of all than time you spend wrapping presents and writing cards out, it's not good for your posture. A short posture reset lifts your mood, protects your spine, and helps you feel more confident and comfortable.


Stand or sit tall, align ears over shoulders, shoulders over hips, and lift your chest gently. Take a deep inhale, exhale and feel your spine lengthen.


💡 Tip: Visualise a string pulling you up from the crown of your head while keeping shoulders relaxed.
