Basically, it’s a bit of a hero food. 🦸‍♀️


And yes, it’s delicious on toast, but it also works in smoothies, salads and even chocolate mousse (trust me, it’s a thing). 🥗

Today’s challenge? Find a way to enjoy an avocado and get your body moving — even if it’s just a stretch in the kitchen while you wait for the toast to pop up. 🍞
