Welcome to Men's Mental Health Awareness Week. đź’™

Did you know in the UK, three quarters of all suicides are male. Men are significantly less likely to seek help for mental health difficulties than women, and one of the biggest barriers is the belief that asking for help, showing vulnerability or taking time to slow down is somehow a sign of weakness.

Because real strength isn't just about what your body can do. It's about knowing what you need and having the courage to give it to yourself.

Tag a man in your life who you think deserves to read this today. đź’ś
