Slow Sunday! 💜

What does Slow Sunday mean to you?
Because I think we sometimes assume it looks the same for everyone, a walk, a book, a long lie-in. But the truth is, slow looks different depending on who you are and what you need. 🌿
For some of you, Slow Sunday might mean 👇
🚶♀️ A gentle walk with the dog or a family member — movement that refreshes rather than exhausts, fresh air and a change of scene
📖 An hour with a good book and a proper cup of tea, phone face down, mind genuinely elsewhere
🌱 Time in the garden — there's something deeply grounding about getting your hands in the soil and watching things grow
🧘 A few gentle stretches on the mat, a breathing exercise, ten minutes of stillness before the week begins again
👨👩👧 Time with family, without an agenda — just being together, unhurried
And here's the thing, all of these count. Every single one of them is good for your nervous system, your mental health and your sense of self.
The permission to rest is something many of us struggle to give ourselves. But rest is not lazy. Rest is not wasted time.
Rest is part of the work. 💜
So whatever your slow Sunday looks like today, enjoy every moment of it. You've earned it.
