Happy Mindful Monday and welcome to June! 🌸


A new month, longer days, a little more light and the perfect moment to check in with yourself and set a fresh intention.


Throughout May we focused on stroke awareness, walking, mental health, breathing and some brilliant exercises. And running through everything was one simple message:


We keep fit today for our tomorrow. đź’ś


That message doesn't stop in June. If anything, summer is the perfect time to recommit to it.


As the weather (hopefully!) improves, our bodies naturally want to move more. We sleep a little better. We spend more time outside. We feel a little more alive. 🌿


So this June, I want to invite you to use that energy intentionally. Not to push harder. Not to do more. But to move more mindfully, with purpose and awareness, in a way that genuinely helps your body and mind.


Here's my June intention 👇


I will move with awareness. I will rest without guilt. I will show up for myself so I can show up for others. đź’ś
