Slow Sunday and happy last day of May! 💜


What a month this has been. I just want to take a moment before June arrives to say a genuine, heartfelt thank you for following along, for moving with me and for showing up for yourself. 🙏


This month we have 👇


🧘 Celebrated International Pilates Day — the method that started it all

🧠 Shone a light on Action on Stroke Month — with some facts very close to my own heart

🚶‍♀️ Celebrated National Walking Month and the incredible power of simply putting one foot in front of the other

💚 Honoured Mental Health Awareness Week — because how you feel matters just as much as how you move

🌬️ Explored breathing techniques to calm your nervous system

💪 Tried exercises to strengthen, stretch and support your body


And through it all, one message has stayed constant:


We keep fit today for our tomorrow. 💜


If this month has inspired you to try something new, move a little more or simply think a little differently about why you exercise, then it has done exactly what I hoped it would.
