💡 No two bodies move the same way—so why should workouts be one-size-fits-all?

After a week of raising awareness for Parkinson’s, let’s talk about something important: adapting movement to work for YOU.


Whether you have Parkinson’s, an injury or just feel tight in certain areas, Pilates is all about meeting your body where it is today. Small changes, like adjusting your range of motion, using support or changing positions, all of these can make a huge difference in how exercises feel.
