Make a quick win count when you are short on time


Summer can be busy and sometimes can get a bit hectic, which is when you can benefit more from movement. But movement doesn’t need to be all or nothing.


If a full class feels too much, try:

✔ 2-minute roll-downs

✔ A walk around the block

✔ One express Pilates session (yep, they're just 15 mins!)


You just need to start. You know your body, mind and probably the people around you will feel the benefit of you just moving.
