Feel-Good Friday Check In

It’s the first full week without group classes, how are you feeling? Have you managed to keep up your movement?


Have you done a session from the Summer Sessions pack? Have you had a stretch in the garden? Or has it all felt a bit “I’ll start next week”? Either way, you’re not alone.


I find I tend to move more when I'm on holiday. I try to make up for the days I usually spend sitting at a desk. I might not be rolling my mat out all the time however, I'm walking more, running more and of course eating more cake.
