Challenge Your Core with This One 🌀

â• Try this move today, Hip Circles.

Hip Circles with your legs in tabletop is a wonderfully controlled exercise that asks a lot of your core without you even realising it. Lying on your back with one knee stacked over hip, you draw slow, smooth circles with your knee, keeping your lower back connected to the mat throughout.

Think small and precise rather than big and wobbly, your core will thank you for it!

✨ Benefits:

• Challenges deep core stability and lower back control

• Improves awareness and mobility through the hip joint

This is a particularly lovely exercise for anyone who experiences stiffness through the hips or lower back, the gentle, circular movement helps lubricate the joint and wake up those deep stabilising muscles. đź’ś

Try circles in both directions for a lovely, balanced feel, and don't forget to switch legs!
