Most of us spend the majority of our day breathing in a shallow, rushed way without even realising it. Shallow breathing keeps your nervous system in a low-level state of alert, even when nothing is actually wrong.


Try this simple reset now 👇

• Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes

• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts

• Hold gently for 2 counts

• Exhale fully through your mouth for 6 counts

• Repeat for 2 minutes


This is your Monday reset. A small moment of calm before the week begins, and your nervous system will thank you for it. 🌿
