It’s Monday again..... a fresh start and a chance to focus on YOU. Some weeks it’s easy to get moving, other weeks it takes a little extra push, you're not alone, I get that! 💛


I start my Monday by recording some new online sessions. It helps me get prepared for the week’s classes and sets the tone for a calm, energised week ahead. 🌿

I’ve attached my timetable for the week. Most classes are fully booked, but comment ‘I’m interested’ and I’ll let you know what’s available. Or, join me online, sessions are ready 24/7 so you can move at your own pace from home.
