🧵 Try this move today — Thread the Needle.

Thread the Needle is one of those exercises that feels absolutely wonderful while you're doing it. Starting on all fours, you lift one arm up to the ceiling, opening up through the chest, then slide the arm underneath your body, rotating through your thoracic spine as your shoulder lowers toward the mat — then unwind back to the start.

This is a beautiful way to mobilise the mid-back and open through the chest and shoulders, and if you've been sitting at a desk or carrying tension from a busy week, your body will thank you for it. 💜

✨ Benefits:

• Improves thoracic (mid-back) rotation and mobility

• Stretches the shoulders and upper back

Take a breath at the bottom of each rotation before unwinding, and don't forget the other side!
