Tuesday Fitness Tip šŸ§˜šŸ½ā€ā™€ļøāœØ

Fitness should feel good, not like a chore. The key to sticking with it is finding something you enjoy. Whether it’s my Pilates class, another Pilates session, a Parkrun, a walk with friends, or even dancing around your living room, if it’s fun, you’re more likely to keep doing it! 🌟


When you enjoy your movement, you not only feel the benefits in your body, but it also lifts your mood and keeps you motivated week after week. On the flip side, if exercise feels like a task, it’s easy to make excuses and skip it.


In my classes, we always try to have a giggle, whether we’re learning a new move, trying to balance, or just stretching it out. That laughter, that enjoyment, is part of the workout too. šŸ˜„


So today, find a movement that makes you smile. Your body and mind will thank you! šŸ’›
