💧 Wednesday Water Focus: A Pinch of Salt for Better Hydration 💧


Did you know that adding a tiny pinch of salt to your water can actually help your body absorb it better? 🌊

These minerals help your body regulate fluid balance, muscle function and energy levels. Without them, water can pass through your system too quickly, leaving you still feeling tired or thirsty.
