Hug your Body

Listen To Your Body 🛌


Self-care isn’t always about doing more; sometimes it’s about slowing down. Pay attention to the signals your body sends.


If you’re tired, rest. If you’re hungry, eat something nourishing. And if your mind is racing, try a breathing exercise or a few minutes of quiet. If you need a hug, give yourself one.


You can’t pour from an empty cup, so top yours up first.
