Motivation When Routine Changes

No more usual class times? No more mat buddies? No routine = no movement, right?

Wrong.


This is your reminder that movement doesn’t need a timetable, it just needs you. Even a 10-minute walk, a stretch in the garden or one of my express Pilates sessions (find these in my Summer Sessions package👋) can give your body what it needs.


So don’t wait for September. Keep going, your body and mind will thank you.
