Roll Down – Mobility Matters

Rolling down might seem like a simple move, but it's a powerhouse when it comes to spinal health. This exercise encourages segmental movement through the spine, gently stretching the back and hamstrings while activating the core. It's a fantastic way to release tension and improve posture.


Maintaining spinal mobility keeps you feeling younger and more agile. So, this March, roll down, stretch out and give your back the love it deserves. Movement doesn’t have to be complicated – just keep it consistent.
