This month we’re embracing Self Care September, a chance to focus on small, simple tips and exercises that will keep you moving, feeling strong and staying healthy. Think of it as a little daily reminder to put your wellbeing on your to-do list.
💡 Did you know getting morning light can help boost your mood, energy levels and even your sleep quality? Just 10–15 minutes outside in the first hour after waking can help regulate your body’s natural clock, making it easier to feel alert in the morning and ready for rest at night.
You don’t need a full-on workout straight away, take your coffee or tea outside, do a gentle stretch or even a few Pilates roll downs to wake up your spine. Your mind and body will thank you later in the day.
