Slow Sunday and the last Sunday of June! 💜
Can you believe we are almost in July? Summer is here, the days are long and I hope this month has given you something useful, a new exercise, a breathing technique, a fact that made you think, a reason to move. 🌿
Today I just want to give you a few gentle summer self-care reminders 👇
💧 Keep drinking water — especially on warm days. Your body, your energy levels and your skin will all thank you
🌿 Keep moving gently — even if the heat makes your usual routine feel heavier, a short walk, a stretch or a few minutes of breathing still counts enormously
😴 Protect your sleep — summer light can disrupt sleep patterns. Consider blackout curtains or an eye mask, and try one of our breathing techniques before bed to signal to your body that it's time to rest
🌸 Stay connected — summer can be a wonderful social time. Make plans, say yes to things that fill you up and be gentle with yourself about the ones that don't
☀️ Enjoy it — properly, guilt-freely enjoy the season. Sit in the garden. Eat outside. Take the longer route home.
