💪 Try this move today — Side Plank with Knees Bent.
The Side Plank is one of the best exercises for building lateral strength, and this knees-bent variation makes it a brilliant option for all levels. Lying on your side, you stack your knees and push up through your bottom arm, lifting your hips off the mat to create a straight line from head to knees.
Focus on stacking your hips and keeping that underneath waist lifted, try not to sink into the shoulder as you lower the hips back down.
✨ Benefits:
• Strengthens the obliques and lateral core
• Improves shoulder stability and upper body strength
• Builds hip stability and pelvic control
• Supports good posture and spinal alignment
Hold for as you exhale, inhale as you lower the hips down, don't forget to switch sides!
