Stretch + Reset After Your Walk

Don’t skip your cool-down! Your body loves you for the movement — now thank it with some gentle Pilates stretches 💆‍♀️ After walking, muscles like hamstrings, calves and hip flexors can get tight. A few minutes of stretching can help your body recover quicker and feel refreshed for the rest of the day.
