Pilates Posture Check

Slouched shoulders and tight hips? Time for a Pilates-inspired posture check ✅ Good walking posture isn’t rigid – it’s relaxed but aligned. Shoulders over hips, chin level, glutes slightly engaged.


Pilates trains your body awareness, so you catch yourself mid-stride and reset. Do a little scan during your next walk: Are your ribs flaring? Shoulders creeping up? Are your steps balanced? Small tweaks can make your walk feel lighter, more efficient and easier on your joints.
