Breath & Pace: Move in Sync

Ever tried syncing your breath to your steps? 🌬 It’s a simple way to turn your walk into a meditative, energising experience. Pilates breath (lateral, ribcage breathing) pairs beautifully with walking — it keeps your nervous system calm and your oxygen levels high.


Try this: Inhale for 4 steps, exhale for 4. Feel your breath flow into your ribs, not your shoulders. It calms the mind, energises the body and keeps you connected to your movement. Walking becomes less of a chore, more of a moving meditation.
