Your Small Wins Matter

The days between Christmas and New Year always feel like a little pause in time… the perfect moment to look back at the tiny wins that added up over the year ❤️


Maybe you can now hold your balance that little bit longer, your roll down feels smoother or you can finally switch off your shoulders instead of wearing them as earrings. These are the things that truly count. Pilates improvements often sneak up quietly then suddenly you realise your body is doing things it never used to.


What’s one small win from your movement this year? For me I think I have eventually got a little bit more flexibility through my hips. Sitting in the mermaid position still isn't perfect for me but I find it has certainly improved.
