Wake up your feet before you walk

Your feet do a lot for you, especially when walking… so give them a bit of love before you head out! 👣 A few simple Pilates foot prep moves can wake up sleepy arches, strengthen ankle stability and even help you walk more efficiently.


Try toe lifts, towel scrunches or standing heel raises before a walk. Not only do these prime your feet, but they also get your whole kinetic chain working better — which means your knees, hips and back will thank you too. Strong, mobile feet = a smoother, more supported stride.
