Tuesday Tip ✨ Gentle January


If you want to stay consistent with movement, don’t rely on motivation. Tie your movement to something you already do.


Try doing a few Pilates-style movements straight after brushing your teeth or while the kettle’s boiling. Your body responds really well to small regular inputs, and those moments of movement can improve circulation and joint lubrication without feeling like a workout.


Consistency doesn’t come from willpower. It comes from making movement part of everyday life.
