Pancake Day is a great reminder that heart health isn’t about one meal or one treat. It’s about overall patterns and balance over time. Enjoying food is part of a healthy lifestyle.

What are you putting on your pancake? 💛


I have to admit I like either a squirt of lemon juice or raspberries, with perhaps a chocolate chip or two.

Adding fruit, yoghurt or nuts can help slow sugar absorption and add fibre while still keeping things enjoyable.


A healthy heart includes enjoyment without guilt.
