Slow Sunday and the final day of Mental Health Awareness Week! 💚

This week we've talked about movement, breathing and the power of connection. To close the week, I want to share five gentle, entirely free things you can do today to nourish both your body and your mind 💜

🌿 1. Step outside — even just for 10 minutes. Natural light and fresh air are genuinely good for your brain. No destination required.

💜 2. Drink more water — dehydration affects your mood, your concentration and your energy levels more than most people realise.

📖 3. Put your phone down for an hour — give your nervous system a genuine break from the noise.

🧘 4. Do something with your hands — baking, gardening, crafting. Repetitive, tactile activities are wonderfully grounding for an anxious mind.

🌸 5. Connect with someone — a call, a cup of tea, a walk with a friend. Human connection is one of the most powerful things for mental health.

None of these cost anything. All of them matter. 💜

Here's to ending the week gently. You've shown up, you've moved, you've breathed and that counts for so much.

See you on the mat this week. 🙌💜
