🌉 Try this move today, Shoulder Bridge.
The Shoulder Bridge is a true Pilates staple and one we absolutely love for good reason. Lying on your back with knees bent and feet flat, you peel your spine off the mat one vertebra at a time, lifting your hips until you create a long diagonal line from knees to shoulders, then roll back down just as slowly.
That rolling action through the spine is where the good stuff happens, so take your time with it!

• Promotes spinal mobility and core stability
