🔄 Try this move today — Criss Cross with Leg Movement.


This is a more dynamic version of the classic Criss Cross, adding a leg extension to really challenge your core and coordination. As you rotate to one side, one leg extends long whilst you bring the other knee towards the chest, then you switch, so you're rotating AND extending simultaneously.


It takes a little practice to get the timing, but once it clicks, you'll really feel those obliques and deep abdominals working.
