Core, Coordination & Control 💪

💪 Try this move today, 4 Point Kneeling Swimming.

This is one of those exercises that looks deceptively simple but asks a lot of your body in the best possible way. Starting on all fours with a neutral spine, you extend opposite arm and leg simultaneously, keeping everything long and controlled as you alternate sides.

The key here is not to rush. Think about length rather than height, reaching away from your centre rather than lifting up.

✨ Benefits:

• Builds deep core stability and spinal control

• Improves coordination and balance through the whole body

This one is also brilliant for anyone working on their balance and coordination, something that matters for all of us, at every age and stage. For those living with Parkinson's, exercises that challenge the brain and body to work together like this can be particularly beneficial. 💜

Take your time, don't forget to switch sides and enjoy the challenge!
